Carboy Wine Fermentors

Carboys are normally used for the secondary fermening vessel. Wine will be transfered from the fermenting bucket (primary) to the carboy (secondary) to finish the fermenting process. The carboy is also used to hold the wine during the stabilizing and clearing stage. It is helpful to own two carboys that are the size of the batch of wine you are making.
